1.2 Trainer-Generated Content
Trainers who upload or create content, including but not limited to recorded lessons, notes, presentations, assignments, exercises, and assessments, grant Hexallt Dutch School a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content through the platform. Trainers retain ownership of their original content but agree that it may not be used outside of Hexallt Dutch School without explicit permission.
All trainer-generated content must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
1.3 Student-Generated Content
Students may submit assignments, exercises, and other work for evaluation. Hexallt Dutch School does not claim ownership of student-generated content, but students grant Hexallt Dutch School a non-exclusive license to store and display this content for the purposes of educational evaluation and review by trainers.
1.4 Third-Party Content
Any third-party content, including text, images, videos, or other media used on Hexallt Dutch School, is either licensed for use or attributed according to fair use principles. Hexallt Dutch School respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from all users.
2. Usage Rights and Limitations
2.1 Limited License for Students and Trainers
Hexallt Dutch School grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to students and trainers to access and use the platform’s content solely for educational purposes. This license does not grant any ownership or proprietary rights.
2.2 Prohibited Use of Content
Students, trainers, or any other platform users may not:
